When will my order be shipped from the warehouse?

All orders are shipped on the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to stock availability.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email from our Global-e service provider containing your tracking number.

We always aim to meet the stated preparation and shipping times; however, during periods of high demand, slight delays may occasionally occur.


What are the delivery times?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays)

An estimated delivery time and shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes, extreme weather conditions, customs inspections, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control.


How much is delivery?

  • Free shipping on all orders over $40

  • $4.95 shipping fee on orders under $40

Can this item be shipped to my country?

To check availability for your country:

  1. Click the flag icon at the top right of our homepage

  2. Select your delivery country

  3. Add your item to the cart and proceed to checkout

If shipping is not available to your country, you will not be able to complete payment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can follow your delivery at any time via the tracking link provided.

Where can my order be delivered?

Orders can be delivered to the address of your choice, including:

  • Home address

  • Business or professional address


Can I pick up my order in store?

No. At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup.


Why was economy shipping not offered?

Our economy shipping service is sent via airmail, which has a maximum weight limit of 2 kg.

Orders exceeding this limit cannot be shipped via airmail.
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery dates depend on the size and weight of your order and are shown at checkout.

Can you delay my delivery?

Airmail:
We are unable to intercept or delay airmail shipments. If delivery fails, the package will eventually be returned to us. This process may take several weeks. Once received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued.

Express delivery:
Depending on the carrier and package location, a delivery delay may be possible.
Please contact us with the date from which you will be available, and we will do our best to request a delivery adjustment.


Can I change my shipping method to express delivery?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, shipping methods cannot be changed.
Please ensure you select your preferred shipping option during checkout.


Can I combine shipping costs for multiple orders?

Once orders are placed, they cannot be combined into a single shipment.
Each order will be shipped separately and you will receive individual tracking emails once dispatched.
